Role Overview
The Service Liaison team plays a crucial role in providing exceptional post-purchase support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
In this position, you will assist customers with product-related inquiries after their purchase, offering troubleshooting assistance, guidance, or acting on their behalf with suppliers, manufacturers, and service agents to resolve any issues.
While each day will present unique challenges, some of your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers to identify and troubleshoot operational issues with their products via phone or email
- Documenting service requests with manufacturers while accurately maintaining records of issues and interactions
- Collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers, and their service agents to uncover and address the root causes of customer concerns
- Investigating unusual problems to ensure positive outcomes for our customers
- Coordinating replacements or alternative solutions for customers whose products cannot be repaired
Required Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
- Friendly and approachable demeanor to foster trust and rapport with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities
