About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our Operations team at Sonder. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and members.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and satisfactory manner.
  • Escalate technical issues to the product team when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to provide insights and visibility.
  • Manage and maintain the customer support knowledge base, ensuring it remains up-to-date and easy to navigate.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements based on customer feedback and service interactions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to work across various platforms.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
