Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Meet weekly service and sales KPIs, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle escalations professionally, directing customers to the best solutions.
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers, manufacturers, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and process improvements, enhancing your skills and contributing to the team's success.

Requirements:

  • Permanent Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
  • Sales experience with a customer focus and hitting targets.
  • Background in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred.
  • Knowledge of electronics and whitegoods is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently when needed.
  • Comfort with computers and willingness to learn new technology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
