
Strategic Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and administration functions to ensure a productive work environment that adheres to ISO standards.
- Monitor administrative timelines to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support job scheduling, resource allocation, and onboarding processes for both internal and client sites.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and inventory management as needed.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation, payroll, and bookkeeping using XERO software.
- Oversee procurement activities, including equipment, supplies, and services, and manage inventory of uniforms and workwear.
- Lead business process improvement initiatives in collaboration with the team to support business growth.
- Manage electronic filing and project document management tasks efficiently.
This role is integral to supporting business growth and brand promotion. You will be responsible for contacting shortlisted candidates in recruitment drives and managing the onboarding process primarily through phone calls and conversations.
You will need to work independently while being connected via Teams platforms. The incumbent will work within our current systems and propose improvements as needed. All work must utilize standard Microsoft software products and our accounting software – Xero.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional who understands the importance of a process-driven work environment and can effectively communicate with colleagues and clients alike.
Human Resource or Office Administration experience in the Mining industry is desirable but not essential. However, it will be highly regarded if you have relevant experience in this field.
