Job Title: Strategic Office Coordinator

The role of the Executive Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support to senior management. This involves ensuring that all necessary documentation is available and up-to-date, and that meetings are well-prepared.

  • Coordinating calendars and scheduling appointments, as well as managing travel arrangements and expenses.
  • Managing access to senior management in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Collaborating with administrative teams nationally to ensure consistency and effective communication.
  • Providing reporting and system coordination by sourcing relevant information and engaging with other teams.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience working as a Personal Assistant.
  • Experience supporting at a senior level with the ability to demonstrate proactive work ethic to achieve business objectives.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with confidence to adapt to different software programs.
  • A collaborative approach when working within the broader business.
  • Well-developed organisational and time management skills.
  • A high level of discretion regarding sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the capability to write professional correspondence and review documentation for errors.
