SAP Payroll Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP payroll specialist to lead the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of payroll technologies. The successful candidate will have expertise in SAP Payroll components, including wage types, schemas, and payroll rules.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and implement SAP Payroll components, including wage types, schemas, and payroll rules.
- Review and optimize the Payroll Control Centre (PCC) to enhance payroll operations.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration and operational stability.
- Support payroll execution and troubleshoot issues in Employee Central (EC) Payroll and/or SAP HCM Payroll.
- Drive enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives in payroll processes.
- Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations, preferably in the UK or other European countries.
- Provide training and develop documentation for end users.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with deep expertise in Payroll.
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll processes and legislation.
- Proven ability to manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
- Experience in optimizing and innovating HR business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex payroll issues.
