This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who has led multiple payroll projects and is confident running workshops, designing solutions, and driving delivery outcomes.Working alongside some of the country's most experienced SAP professionals, you'll have the opportunity to own key stages of the implementation process across large enterprise clients.What You'll Be DoingLead SAP Payroll implementations (ECP and/or ECC) from design through to go-liveRun discovery workshops and guide clients through complex payroll configurationsGather, document, and translate business requirements into scalable solutionsEnsure compliance with Australian payroll legislation (STP, super, tax)Provide hands-on configuration, testing, documentation, and post-go-live supportMaintain governance, timelines, and quality across deliverablesCollaborate with technical teams and business stakeholdersMentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability developmentWhat We're Looking ForProven experience leading multiple SAP Payroll projects (ECP and/or ECC)Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skillsDeep knowledge of payroll schemas, rules, and configuration best practicesStrong understanding of Australian compliance requirementsAbility to take ownership of outcomes and manage project phasesSAP certification in Employee Central Payroll (ideal, not mandatory)Experience with Time Evaluation or Current Employment is a bonusStrong communication and documentation skillsMust have full Australian working rightsWhy Join?
