Salary : AUD 127,971-141,157 (Annual Gross)

Please Note : - The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes.

Core Skills and Experience :

The ideal candidate to have years' hands on consulting experience, involved in the actual delivery working within SAP HR / PY projects in AU payroll.

• Payroll (experience to be current and within the last 2+yrs for AU) :
• Experience in configuring SAP AU Payroll, Personnel Administration and Organization Management (mandatory)
• Should have work experience of Australia Public Sector and should have handled Schema configurations for both Time and Payroll
• Good knowledge of configuring awards, wage type valuations, calculation rules and factoring
• Experience of Single Touch Payroll and in Australian legislation
• Work experience in H4S4 module is preferred.
• Knowledge of Employee Central payroll is preferred.
• SAP HR Modules
• HR Domain knowledge
• Worked on SAP HCM on S / 4HANA instance.

Other Experience :

Previous experience with integration between SAP and other systems (both cloud and on-premise)Actively provide solutions for any technical issues and challengesPreparation of quality key Project Artefacts / Deliverables including Detailed Design, UT & ST Test Cases, Prepare Run sheet & Backout plansPlay lead role in supporting SIT, UAT & BVT, and Change RequestsExperienced in IT Service management including risk management

In addition, we would like demonstration of :

effective communication, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, business users at all levels, both formally and informally; andembedding a culture of continuous improvement and driving simplified processes
