SAP Payroll Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant for a contract role. This individual will play a crucial part in delivering high-impact SAP projects, specializing in SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and lead SAP Payroll components, including wage types, schemas, and payroll rules to enhance payroll operations.
  • Analyze and optimize the Payroll Control Centre (PCC) to streamline payroll processes.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to drive effective system designs.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration and operational stability.
  • Support payroll execution, troubleshoot issues in Employee Central (EC) Payroll and/or SAP HCM Payroll, and implement improvements.
  • Promote enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives in payroll processes.
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with local payroll regulations, preferably in the UK or other European countries.
  • Develop training programs and documentation for end users.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with expertise in Payroll.
  • In-depth understanding of Australian payroll processes and legislation.
  • Proven ability to manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
  • Experience in optimizing and innovating HR business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex payroll issues.
