The Opportunity:

We have two exciting openings for experienced Project Coordinators & Site Engineers to work on $15M full FRP packages for multilevel projects in the CBD Fringe with Top Tier builders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to the Construction Manager and Commercial Manager in project coordination
  • Manage drawings, including procurement of trades and services
  • Perform contract administration tasks, such as variations and progress claims
  • Write and manage weekly programs
  • Assist with client requests for information (RFI's)
  • Lead design management for Post Tension packages

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working with concrete structures
  • Civil Engineering or Construction related degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Visbuild QA would be advantageous

Earnings: The salary range for this position is approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
