Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team as a dedicated HR Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR administration and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across multiple business areas.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic and proactive, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to take ownership of HR administration tasks.

  • Support and coordinate end-to-end recruitment campaigns
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs
  • Support and coordinate L&D initiatives, including planning and scheduling training sessions
  • Coordinate and deliver all HR administration activities
  • Keep all HR documents up-to-date and employee records accurate
  • Prepare HR documentation and reports
  • HRIS maintenance and data entry

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support and delivering best practice HR administration across a multi-department business. This includes supporting the portfolio groups for the Senior HR Business Partner, delivering HR admin activities across the organisation, and assisting with the delivery of training and learning & development activities.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience working as an HR administrator
  • A proven ability to deliver business-focused HR services in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong collaborative working relationships across a range of business areas
