Job Opportunity:

The role is a key HR support position that will facilitate business change and oversee the transition from a personnel perspective.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Being the primary point of contact for employees and managers' queries related to the transition and change management;
  • Contract transfer and process streamlining;
  • Coaching managers through any ER & Performance Management issues, providing guidance and building capability;
  • Interpretation of employment law and liaison with stakeholders on compliance;
  • General HR reporting and analysis as required.

We are looking for someone with experience in an Advisor or Business Partner capacity having strong generalist knowledge. A proactive approach with strong stakeholder management skills is essential. Past exposure to M&As and change management is highly desirable.

A background working within Financial Services ideally Superannuation is advantageous.
