Job Title:

Hiring and Onboarding Professional

Overview:

Morale Care seeks a highly organized professional to support our recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance processes. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and prepare offer letters
  • Onboard new employees by completing necessary paperwork and providing orientation
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Support employee relations issues, including performance management and disciplinary actions
  • Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payments
  • Manage employee benefits, including leave entitlements and superannuation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations

Necessary Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with HRIS systems (desirable)
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations (desirable)

Working Arrangements:

This is a casual role, requiring 3-4 days per week. We are looking for someone who can commit to this schedule and provide consistent support to our team.
