Key Responsibilities:- Employee Engagement & Culture Initiatives
- Develop strategic plans for employee engagement, aligning with business objectives and HR goals.
- Design and deliver internal communication programs, fostering a positive company culture across all sites.
- Coordinate regular employee surveys and analyze data to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
- Champion reward and recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and diversity and inclusion activities.
- Manage a yearly calendar of cultural events, staff communications, and engagement touchpoints.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive change management and cultural alignment.
- Workforce Planning & Scheduling Support
- Monitor daily workforce coverage to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Verify rosters and attendance records, identifying potential gaps and resolving issues promptly.
- Support site-level supervisors in organizing coverage and communicating staffing needs.
- Assist with urgent shift-filling and labor reallocation as needed.
- Maintain accurate timesheets and roster compliance in accordance with relevant agreements.
- HR & Administration Support (Ad Hoc)
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and onboarding processes.
- Support site-level reception or office administration tasks as required.
- Ensure timely data entry into HR systems and survey platforms.
- Contribute to reporting, document preparation, and internal communications materials.
