About the Opportunity
This pivotal role involves establishing and embedding a risk and legal framework across various business units. You will report directly to the executive team, serving as the architect of the group's risk management strategy.
You will design and implement a pragmatic approach to create value-adding systems that protect the organisation and support its commercial goals. Leading a capable team, you will be the central point of contact for senior leaders, providing expert guidance in navigating a complex operational landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a group-wide Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework tailored to an industrial services environment.
- Consolidate disparate risk registers from individual business units into a single, cohesive group-level view.
- Refine and mature existing risk matrices and assessment tools, driving a uniform and sophisticated approach to identifying, measuring, and mitigating risk.
What We're Looking For:
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Law or related fields, with experience in commercial and risk environments. A proven track record in creating and implementing risk frameworks from the ground up. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, capable of guiding senior leaders confidently.
