  • Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Assist with financial management including accruals and project reporting
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as a key contact point
  • Support procurement processes and transition documentation to operational teams

About You:

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Proven experience in project administration/coordination, ideally within IT or digital environments
  • Understanding of the project management lifecycle and governance processes
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach
  • Able to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across teams
