Project Coordination Specialist

\

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  1. \
  2. Cordinate and prepare workshop drawings for submission and approval.\
  3. Raise allocations and job sheets for materials required to complete works.\
  4. Ensure product supply to site in a timely fashion.\
  5. Monitor programme adherence to construction timelines for each project.\
  6. Cordinate and perform site surveys.\
  7. Ensure ITP, quality checks, and quality control completion for every project.\
  8. Visit sites as necessary to ensure contract compliance and high installation standards.\
  9. Plan subcontract labour or internal install teams for product range installation.\
  10. Cordinate multiple projects simultaneously.\
  11. Attend and organize project coordination meetings.\
  12. Cordinate or prepare documentation required to complete each project.\
  13. Organize Environmental Health & Safety Systems and Risk Assessments for projects.\
  14. Ensure all assigned project works are completed.\
    1. \Required Skills and Qualifications:\
      1. \
      2. Preferrable Diploma of Project Management (BSB51413) qualification.\
      3. National Induction for Construction (White Card CPCCOHS1001A).\
      4. Valid class C driver's license.\
      5. Apply First Aid (HLTFA311A).\
      6. WHS Risk Management for Supervisors and Managers.\
      7. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.\
      8. Ability to think and react quickly.\
      9. Excellent time management skills.\
      10. 5 years experience in the construction industry.\

This role reports directly to the State Manager - Victoria. Salary packages will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
