Claims Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Claims Manager to join our team at REO Group. As a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end claims, from incident response to payment. You will work closely with our Incident Response team and Head of to track and record data mapping claims trends to provide to the leadership and underwriting teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Work with the Incident Response team to track and record data mapping claims trends.
- Collaborate with the Head of to provide insights and recommendations to leadership and underwriting teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve claims management processes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in insurance claims, preferably in cyber or commercial insurance.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end claims.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret policy wordings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
