About the Role

The brand is now scaling and expanding its digital presence, from a strong D2C foundation on Shopify into local and global marketplaces.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead digital commerce strategy and execution, driving commercial growth via Shopify, SEO, UX, loyalty, and conversion optimisation.
  • Owning marketplace performance - identifying new channel opportunities, optimising listings, and managing integrations.
  • Developing and implementing data-led growth initiatives based on customer insights and market trends.
  • Identifying and testing new technologies, automation tools, and marketplace integrations to drive efficiency.
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in ecommerce and digital retail.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling a brand, with ownership of ecommerce strategy and execution.
  • Strong Shopify expertise: including optimisations, integrations, SEO, and Google Shopping.
  • Innovative and holistic thinker who utilises ecommerce and digital retail trends for commercial growth.
