E-Commerce Manager Role Overview

As an E-commerce manager, you will play a vital role in driving innovation and growth across our online store. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute go-to-market category plans that align with our business objectives.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Developing annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly e-commerce category plans that drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborating with the CRM team to inform and enhance the customer relationship management strategy
  • Working closely with stakeholders to develop and execute major marketing campaigns that support e-commerce goals
  • Collaborating with the marketing and buying departments to drive sales and optimize inventory levels
  • Managing reporting to gain insights into overperforming and underperforming products/categories

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in e-commerce organizations
  • Experience with promotional materials and creative aspects of promotions
  • A strong understanding of the merchandising lifecycle and coordinating sales
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships
  • Strong people management skills
