Music Administration Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Music Administration Assistant to provide administrative, clerical and some musical support to the key personnel responsible for the organization and management of our Cocurricular Music Department.

The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for the Music Department, handling day-to-day tasks and queries with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Music Department team
  • Assist with scheduling and organization of music events and activities
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Communicate effectively with staff, students and parents
  • Support the implementation of music programs and initiatives
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with office software and technology
  • A passion for music and education
