Music Services SpecialistAbout the Role:

The Music Resource Centre is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide business services in support of its operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Music Coordinator, Head of Department (Enrichment) and staff at Everton Park State High School to deliver regional and cluster workshops and events.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To operate autonomously in the provision of business services relating to the operation of the Music Resource Centre.
  • To track event budgets, raise invoices, organise payments to suppliers, book casual staff and guest tutors/conductors, venues and equipment.
  • To collate event rolls and medical information for multi-school cluster activities and prepare support materials for the successful running of workshops and events.
  • To manage the Music Resource Centre sheet music and equipment library.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.
  • Experience in state school systems, including OneSchool, library management software and school financial management.
