Job Description:

The Strategic Business Transformation Lead will play a pivotal role in driving business outcomes through the acceleration of sales channel uplift, discipline, technical capability, and capacity for proactive sales. This individual will assist in achieving business objectives by improving existing channels and developing new sales channels, requiring the execution of a large amount of change activity.

You will partner with the Sales Channel Manager to design the future state, define execution plans, and determine target outcomes of uplift. To support the uplift, you will lead projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on sales channel uplift.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Bringing stakeholders on the journey with changes to ensure they understand and support the change
  • Ensuring changes to sales models are executed well and delivering on expected outcomes
  • Successful execution of sales channel strategy, including defining execution plans together with the Sales Channel Manager
  • Ensuring changes are delivered timely and effectively
  • Engaging with stakeholders to ensure they remain advocates of Merchant Services while adopting positively to the change

Requirements:

  • Able to manage multiple tasks to a deadline
  • Ability to anticipate and use initiative to problem solve and design/creative thinking
  • Collaboration across functions
  • Customer and banker outcome focussed
  • High verbal, numerical, logical capability
  • Ideally financial services or design background
  • Ideally small business exposure and/or sales environment and/or fintech
  • Ideally some experience in delivery (but this can just be getting things done rather than a formal role or BA experience)
  • Demonstrate high performance
  • Ability to navigate a large-complex multi-sales channel organisation
