We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in large-scale program management, commercial acumen, and strategic thinking.
The OpportunityWe are embarking on a comprehensive 3-year transformation program aimed at driving business growth and innovation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the transformation strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and managing stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver transformation projects.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement change management plans.
- Monitor and report on transformation progress against key performance indicators.
- Proven experience in large-scale program management and transformation leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with CX and agile methodologies highly desirable.
