Job Overview

This is a key leadership position in our compliance and risk management function. As Senior Risk Manager, you will develop and implement group-wide risk frameworks, driving business value through effective governance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and embed scalable risk and compliance frameworks across the organization
  • Review and enhance existing policies, registers, controls, and reporting processes to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Serve as the central point of contact for incident and breach management matters, providing expert guidance and support
  • Provide independent challenge and oversight across business units and functions to drive accountability and continuous improvement
  • Deliver high-quality reports to senior management and governance forums, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory requirements and ensure compliance through effective process implementation
  • Contribute to a culture of transparency, collaboration, and innovation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in risk management, compliance, or governance within a complex environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of regulatory frameworks, standards, and risk methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to build and implement effective frameworks that drive business results
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence in presenting to senior leaders
  • A solutions-focused mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
