About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Manager to play a key role in shaping risk management and policy at our organization.

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for leading the annual prudential standard attestation process, driving improvements in policies and standards, and ensuring regulatory obligations are met.

You will work closely with leaders across the business to uplift frameworks, policies, and standards as part of our Risk Transformation Program.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in financial services, ideally banking
  • A strong understanding of risk management and prudential standards
  • A degree in Commerce, Business, Law, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities
