We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our Client and Member Services team at Mercer, based in Wollongong. This role involves a hybrid arrangement requiring at least three days of office work per week.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate account details for members, employers, and advisers while processing various superannuation administration tasks across multiple functions.

  • Process transactions efficiently, either manually, electronically, or through SuperStream.
  • Maintain up-to-date records within Mercer's systems, adhering to specific scheme legislation, fund rules, and business processes.
  • Investigate exceptions thoroughly and gather information to resolve escalations, incidents, and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact with internal and external stakeholders to verify data and provide necessary follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the safe and secure storage of information within our record-keeping systems.

About You:

  • A proven track record in administration is essential.
  • Prior knowledge and understanding of superannuation would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
  • A high level of attention to detail is expected.
