As a Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals return to meaningful employment after experiencing psychological injuries at work or personal challenges at home or in the community.

About the Role

In this dynamic position, you will utilize your specialist knowledge and skills to:

  • Help individuals recover from workplace-related psychological injuries
  • Make a real impact in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community
  • Support clients' journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services, and Disability Employment Services

You will take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal. This involves engaging with key stakeholders, developing strong relationships, and driving successful partnerships.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Professional registration with relevant authorities
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
