Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation services, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to return to work and achieve their full potential.

As an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing tailored rehabilitation plans, and working closely with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to facilitate successful returns to work.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. A strong understanding of occupational rehabilitation principles, practices, and industry developments is essential.

Required qualifications include tertiary qualifications in psychology or rehab counseling, eligibility for provisional registration as a psychologist, and excellent communication skills. A valid Australian driver's license is also required.
