Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support and assistance to resolve issues via phone communication
- Provide ongoing escalation support to the technical team and partner organizations
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the technical team to share vital information
- Build and maintain relationships with internal departments
- Coordinate with external service providers to address and resolve issues
- Document all activities accurately, raising cases for incidents and issues
- Follow up on all unresolved cases
- Ensure consistent and precise information is provided in response to inquiries
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Background in customer service, emphasizing the importance of client satisfaction
- Strong team player with excellent communication abilities
- Technical aptitude for effective problem-solving
