We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Sydney team at WTW. With a strong background in broking and technical skills, you will contribute to our collaborative and high-performing team.

The Role

  • Servicing and managing clients as directed by the Account Director
  • Preparation of client reports, providing valuable insights to drive business growth
  • Liaison with underwriters, insurers, and other key industry stakeholders to secure new business opportunities
  • Assisting the Account Director with client renewal programs, ensuring seamless transitions and retention rates
  • Actively marketing WTW's services and developing new business relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Managing customer records and databases, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve client queries and concerns efficiently
  • Processing insurance closings, endorsements, and policy certifications/wordings, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Claims management, working closely with clients and underwriters to resolve issues effectively
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and key partners, fostering long-term partnerships and business growth

Estimated annual salary: $120,000 - $180,000 AUD, commensurate with experience and qualifications
