Job Overview

This role requires an Operations Training Coordinator to lead and support trainers in delivering high-quality training aligned with adult learning principles and organisational priorities.

The successful candidate will oversee daily training delivery, manage classroom conduct, and ensure compliance and quality assurance in training practices.

  • Lead and support trainers to deliver consistent, engaging, and high-quality training.
  • Oversee daily training delivery by monitoring session quality, learner engagement, and adherence to SOPs, policies, and curriculum standards.
  • Manage classroom conduct and performance issues, acting as the first point of escalation.
  • Ensure compliance and quality assurance in training delivery, documentation, and assessment practices.
About You
  • TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (or equivalent) and Certificate III in Public Safety (Emergency Communications Centre Operations), or willingness to obtain.
  • Proven experience leading teams to deliver training and projects in large service environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively across a wide range of stakeholders and functional areas.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, problem-solve in high-pressure settings, and maintain a strong customer and learner focus.
