About Our Fleet Operations Specialist

Our organisation provides transport services and community activities to support the elderly and people with disabilities. We are seeking a Fleet Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of our vehicle fleet.

Fleet Management
  • Oversee daily coordination of the organisation's fleet across all sites.
  • Schedule and manage vehicle servicing.
  • Inspect vehicles and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Training and Development
  • Provide onboarding and inductions to support volunteers.
  • Conduct ride Along's, safety assessments and reviews.
  • Provide occasional driver support to transport clients.
  • Assist clients with mobility needs as required.
Reporting and Compliance
  • Assist in reporting and compliance.
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Demonstrated experience in a transport, automotive or fleet management environment.
  • Experience delivering training, inductions or safety briefings.
Requirements
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain).
  • LR Licence (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience working in aged care, disability or community services transport.
