Strategic Process Improvement Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's success by playing a crucial role in the Transformation team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct current state assessments of processes, systems, roles & responsibilities, and organizational structures to develop solutions for improvement.
- Work with different business segments and cross-functional teams to identify process simplification, standardization, automation/digital opportunities, and collaborate in driving improvements.
- Strong business analysis, organizational design, and process improvement experience.
- Proven track record in driving continuous improvement or transformations.
- Experience in building implementation artifacts such as policies, procedures, system user documentation, communication, and training material.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship and communication skills (written and verbal).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large-scale program delivery or transformations, experience working in complex organizations with diverse stakeholders, familiarity with Centre of Excellence frameworks and best practices, and knowledge of change management principles and practices.
