Strategic Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Process Redesign Manager to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding role that involves working with business process owners and other members of the Process Centre of Excellence team to deliver outcomes through process redesign methods and tools, including Lean Six Sigma, Human Centered Design principles, and leveraging Process Intelligence software.
- Project Delivery: Leading complex projects to diagnose, evaluate and implement solutions to improve customer and employee experience.
- Stakeholder management: Leading cross-functional teams, sponsors and partners across different areas of the business in the uplift of process capability and maturity.
- Process Redesign: Performing data analysis of existing business process performance, pinpointing root causes of poor performance and designing solutions to improve.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A formal certification in process improvement and redesign (e.g. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt).
- Proven experience leading multiple complex redesign initiatives that deliver measurable benefits for customers and employees.
