You will be responsible for identifying operational gaps in client organisations and developing actionable plans to address these inefficiencies.

With your expertise in process improvement, you will lead initiatives that streamline business processes and increase operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify areas for improvement within client organisations.\
  • Develop and implement strategic solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients.\
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, from initial planning to final implementation.\
  • SUPervise and mentor an internal team, including business analysts and SOPs developers.\
  • Collaborate with software development teams to design and build customised software solutions for clients.\\

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.\
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, with a strong focus on process improvement, strategy development, and project management.\\
