Strategic Process Improvement Specialist

Our Transformation Program Delivery & Change Management team is seeking a Business Analyst to undertake analysis of existing business processes, identify opportunities for innovation and improved outcomes.
This role offers the chance to contribute to organisational transformation activities with end-to-end oversight of operational processes. It requires identifying strengths and weaknesses and implementing solutions to improve effectiveness of processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in SIPOC process mapping and improvement methodology and internal control frameworks, as well as leading teams or assignments.
