The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Rental Service Agent at our Banyo - Brisbane depot. As the face of our company, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and ensuring the smooth operation of the depot.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs;
  • Prepare and clean our campervans to the highest standards;
  • Maintain our campervans in top condition, monitor maintenance needs, and perform repairs;
  • Register guests, monitor stock, and process payments;
  • Handle complaints and troubleshoot emergencies.

What We're Looking For

  • You're a travel enthusiast with excellent communication skills and experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
  • You're eligible to work in Australia, have a valid driver's licence, and feel confident driving a campervan;
  • You're available to work on weekends and public holidays;
  • You're a responsible and organized individual who takes pride in their work;
  • You're able to solve problems and think on your feet.
