The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Rental Service Agent at our Banyo - Brisbane depot. As the face of our company, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and ensuring the smooth operation of the depot.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs;
  • Prepare and clean our campervans to the highest standards;
  • Maintain our campervans in top condition, monitor maintenance needs, and perform repairs;
  • Register guests, manage stock, and process payments;
  • Respond to customer complaints and troubleshoot emergencies.

Requirements

  • You're a travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
  • You're eligible to work in Australia, hold a valid driver's licence, and feel confident driving a campervan;
  • You're available to work weekends and public holidays;
  • You're a responsible individual who takes pride in their work and can be relied upon;
  • You're well-organised and skilled at problem-solving.
