Business Development Manager Opportunity
The role of Business Development Manager is a vital position within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and expansion through the development of strategic partnerships, business opportunities, and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, lenders, and other industry professionals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and implementing effective strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all clients receive timely and professional support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives, aligning with organisational goals and objectives.
- Manage and track activity using relevant tools and technologies.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights into business performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Operational Focus:
- Drive lender BDM activity, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Oversee technical content management, ensuring accuracy and relevance in training, events, marketing collateral, and websites.
- Coordinate accreditation trainings, ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance / Mortgage Management)
- Diploma in Financial Services (Finance / Mortgage Management)
- Finance Industry experience (Lending / Underwriting / Sales / Customer Service)
- Mortgage Lending (Sales or Underwriting)
- Negotiating
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills
