About the Role MICM has been Melbourne's trusted name in inner-city apartment living for over 30 years—and we're growing. We're looking for ambitious and driven Business Development Managers to join our dynamic Southbank office.
Whether you're a seasoned real estate professional or a BDM from another industry ready to pivot into property, this is your chance to thrive in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a client database and provide market insights to rental providers
- Generate and convert new business leads for the property management team
- Conduct rental appraisals and present MICM's services to prospective clients
- Conduct open for inspections and private viewings
- Collaborate with the sales team to advise investor clients

What We're Looking For

- Previous BDM experience (real estate preferred, but open to other industries)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build rapport and win business
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Agent's Representative Certificate, reliable car, and driver's license
- Bilingual in English and Cantonese or Mandarin (not essential but valued)
