The RoleThis exciting opportunity for a talented lawyer to join our Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety team in Melbourne presents a unique chance to grow your career and contribute to complex legal work with major clients in various industries.
You will work closely with highly regarded partners who are recognised leaders in the employment law space, providing strategic advice on workplace issues such as performance management, grievances, and terminations. You will interpret legislation including the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and associated regulations, running and supporting litigation matters involving unfair dismissal, general protections, and contractual disputes.
Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and advising on employment contracts, policies, and procedures, as well as advising on complex industrial relations and enterprise bargaining negotiations.

- A strong understanding of employment legislation and industrial relations frameworks;
- Experience acting in all major courts;
- Excellent drafting and communication skills;
