We seek a highly skilled Claims Professional to join our claims team at Marsh Australia. This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office.
Main Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end processes for Public Liability, Professional Indemnity and Property claims;
- Conduct accurate reserving, claims investigation, manage claims costs and negotiate with third parties;
- Build relationships with clients, analysing entitlements of cover and dealing with external reinsurers quarterly;
- Foster internal and external stakeholder relationships, including brokers, underwriters and reinsurers.
- 7+ years of general insurance claims experience;
- Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Able to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly when required;
- Deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills.
