We are seeking a skilled Claims Professional to join our team. As a Claims Professional, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of heavy motor claims efficiently through to settlement.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience in claims management, while also providing excellent customer service to brokers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to brokers and clients.
- Manage the entire process of heavy motor claims from start to finish.
- Negotiate the best possible outcome for clients.
- Proven negotiation and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in claims management.
- Strong computer skills and effective communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and achieve results.
- Strong team spirit and a passion for delivering excellent client service.
