Job Description:

HR Business Partner

As a strategic business partner, you will work closely with senior management to develop and implement effective human resources strategies that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing HR plans that align with company objectives
  • Leading talent acquisition and development initiatives to attract and retain top talent
  • Designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Providing expert guidance on employment law, labor relations, and benefits administration
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness

For this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial capacity
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
