Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and proactive proposal writer to join our team in Sydney. This hybrid role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in bid writing and public sector procurement.

You will be responsible for crafting clear, compelling, and compliant proposals that reflect our value proposition. This role involves close collaboration with subject matter experts and technical teams to develop tailored content for EOIs, RFPs, and capability statements.

  • Write and edit persuasive content for EOIs, RFPs, and capability statements.
  • Ensure alignment with client requirements and our strategic messaging.
  • Tailor responses to reflect technical input and project experience.

This is a high-impact role with visibility across the business and strong potential for career growth.

Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a proposal writing or bid management role.
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement and tendering processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality content under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance a repository of reusable content, case studies, and credentials.
  • Support the development of templates and tools that streamline proposal creation.
