We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Development Specialist to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage proposal content for a diverse range of sectors, ensuring it accurately reflects our company's capabilities and market proposition.
  • Create engaging written content that showcases our strengths and demonstrates our expertise in the industry.
  • Coordinate bid fundamentals, including schedules, writing plans, and review meetings, to ensure timely and successful delivery of proposals.
  • Support review processes and capture feedback effectively to improve the quality of our proposals.
  • Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders alongside the Proposal Manager.
  • Maintain and update knowledge resources to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in proposal development, ideally in a Tier 1 or 2 contractor or related industry.
  • Strong organisational and writing skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate tasks and support review meetings.
  • Confidence working on multiple bids at once, often to tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Relevant qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Business, or other related field.
