An exciting position has arisen for a skilled Account Manager / Recruitment Consultant within our established office. With a solid client portfolio already in place, your path to success will be straightforward.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivating and sustaining robust networks with existing and prospective clients - no sales involved. Managing a diverse candidate database Fostering and enhancing relationships with new and existing clients Overseeing recruitment and selection for both Temporary and Permanent roles Completing general administrative tasks independently.

Ideal candidates will possess the ability to work independently while being part of a National Team, demonstrate self-motivation with a proactive mindset, and exhibit exceptional customer relationship management skills.

Flexibility in working hours is highly desirable, as each day presents unique challenges.

Comprehensive training on our internal systems and processes will be provided to the successful candidate.
