Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer with up to 3 years post-admission experience to join our well-established Werribee Office and form part of the Work and Road team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a file load, providing clear, practical, and concise legal and commercial advice, identifying practical and innovative solutions for clients, and building rapport with our clients in an empathetic and understanding way.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a file load of personal injury cases
  • Provide clear, practical, and concise legal and commercial advice to clients
  • Identify practical and innovative solutions for clients
  • Build rapport with clients in an empathetic and understanding way
  • Manage and strengthen existing community relationships and initiate and build new networks

Requirements

  • Proven post-admission experience
  • Previous experience and a passion for Personal Injury law
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and an ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
  • Experience in running multiple files end to end
  • Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management
  • Ability to exercise judgment and resolve problems quickly
  • Be a team player with a friendly and compassionate demeanor
