Experienced Field Service Professional Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to provide exceptional customer service and ensure prompt, efficient attention to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Anticipate and address customer needs promptly.
- Apply specialized tools and documented procedures to diagnose and complete repairs.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance activities on engine components.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior Field Service Engineers or Supervisors.
- Complete documentation, such as service reports, timesheets, warranty claims, and quality documents via electronic input screens.
- Identify additional service opportunities with customers.
- Attend training sessions aligned with skill and business requirements.
- Maintain service vehicles and equipment for cleanliness and proper operation.
- Comply with health, safety, and environmental policies and report any incidents to site management and supervisors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Apprentice-trained Engine Technician (Cert III) or equivalent qualification.
- Intermediate level of workshop or field service experience required.
- Intermediate level knowledge of engine products and technologies.
- Heavy vehicle experience is highly desirable.
- HR License is preferred but not essential.
